We have the largest forming oven in the northeast. With inside dimensions of 14.5' L x 4.5' W x 5.5' H. We have used this oven to produce formed parts, large diameter ducts, thermoformed chemical tanks of PVDF and other plastics, annealed LEXAN sheets and tubes, formed LEXAN and acrylic panels for displays, windshields, and hatch covers.

We have a CNC router which is used to cut both complex shapes and sheets which require and excellent edge finigh. It is also used for 3D machining including the fabrication of molds for parts to be formed.

We also have milling machines, lathes, benders, welders and extruders required for engineered plastic fabrication.
