Shields and Guards

PolyFab provides:

Formed shields and guards fabricated from acrylic or LEXAN® (polycarbonate) with holes and cutouts to accept your mounting hardware. Our process is called drape forming. While not as flexible as vacuum forming, the tooling is much less expensive, so we are competitive for small volume runs. Once the primary piece is formed, we can weld or bond additional components onto the guard.
